Why Are We Scared To Reach Our Goals?

We are scared of change, we are scared of discomfort, we are scared of success (I know crazy). I am sure there are 100 other reasons we might not want to start.

Diets are comfortable, they feel like the easy way out but always fail us.

What if you just dived in and did something that scared you? What’s the worse outcome? You fail? So what?

I would rather say I tried then did nothing at all.

If it doesn’t challenge you it probably won’t change you.

We have to step out of our comfort zone to reach our goals.
